Getting ready for implant surgery. I just finished 2 five minute pumps. Waiting awhile for the third and last one. I converted my cheap air pumps into water. There is no comparison between the feel of the two. I lounge in a hot tub of water and pump away with a timer nearby. I did not shave, prefer to allow the water to help seal. Just have to keep the base submerged. Use my garden tub. Cannot hold an erection but just looking at that proud man standing tall makes me feel better!
