How Good is PT-141?

I tried PT-141 for a few months. As others have said, it’s pretty easy to find somewhere to order it from on the web. It is harder to time than viagra. My best successes with it was to take it 4-5 hours before planned sexual activity, pop a viagra like normal; and be able to go multiple times over the course of a few hours.
Downside could be major nausea which sucked. Sometimes it was worse than other times. The other thing I noticed was diminishing returns after a while. I would have to take a break from it for a while.
Upside is that it makes you super horny. You just want sex. Paired with viagra, I would be sitting on the couch AFTER having sex and just get an extreme erection that was super sensitive and wouldn’t go down until I had sex again.
I also got the weird stretchy sensation others mentioned. Not bad, just odd. It made me constantly want to do these big stretches that often resulted in a brief quick body shiver. I also noticed that the day after, I would have a dull ache in my lower back.
Anyway, that’s my experience with it. Really fun sometimes; but occasionally not so fun.

I’ve tried it once.

About 5 hours after I took it was when I had the planned sexual encounter. It briefly improved my erection (made it firmer) I THINK. Not sure.
It definitely made me hornier although my libido is already pretty strong so I’m not sure how useful that it. It made me so horny I was sort of a selfish lover for a bit. Really more intent on my pleasure than my partners.

No significant side effects to this first dose.

So, I’m not sure… I’m going to try it a couple more times and see where I end up with it.

I got my first vial little over a week ago, Ive taken it 3 times.
I find it doing exactly what everyone else say's. Makes me horny on and off. Gives me spontaneous erections on and off (more on than off). Including night time. My erection is slightly more rigid with my band and without. No noticeable improvement with a tri-mix shot.

In general it seems to be doing what I hoped for. ie: A more stable erection, that I dont have to work so hard to keep, or get.

Side effects are very mild. No nausea, bit of a headache. I do get some chills. Not enough to stop using.

It's early yet though, so jury's still out. Ill keep you posted.

Based on the literature, MT2 is slightly more effective at inducing pro-sexual effects than PT141, on a mg-per-mg basis. That doesn’t stop you from just taking more PT141, however.

The nausea is in part due to its appetite-suppressing effects, which itself is due in part to it slowing gastric emptying.

A lot of the nausea can therefore be avoided by taking MT2/PT141 on an empty stomach, and not eating afterwards.

If you’re injecting these drugs, they should be filtered during reconstitution, and refrigerated after reconstitution.
