I'm going to go astray on this:
I still have all my hair and teeth (big whoop).

My wife always says she thinks African American men look good bald.

I have a friend who used to raise a cow or 2 and one day, a Mexican guy asked him if he could have some fresh cow manure.
He explained that he was going bald and wanted to put it on his head. I don't know if it worked, but I guess the flies liked it.

Inject testosterone weekly.
Implant on 1/22/19 by Dr Avila.
Scrotal, hor. incision just over 1"

Gleason 6 prostate cancer. Monitoring it for now.
Update: On my last biopsies the cancer wasn't found.

BUMP. For what it's worth I'm bumping this thread and mention that in 2018 I used minoxidil for about 6 months on my cheeks (facial cheeks, no interest in improving hair growth on my butt cheeks). I don't think it worked but I do have some suspicions about it and my now-present ED. I can't get to the above linked article. Apparently (and somewhat dumbfoundingly) it has been a subject of treatment *FOR* ED: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/8158763/. Here's a single case study which the above article may have also been describing: https://www.researchgate.net/publication/317000257_TOPICAL_MINOXIDIL_5_INDUCED_MALE_SEXUAL_DYSFUNCTION. In that article the inference is made that if you stop treatment with minoxidil you should recover. In my case, if in fact minoxidil had any contribution, I kind of wonder if facial application would yield more absorption and therefore more pronounced damage.

I'll be the first to admit I'm somewhat grasping at straws here, but I figured I'd log my suspicion.
ED since mid '20, with slight Peyronies. Thus begins a search for the right solution(s); 56yo a/o Sep '21. Three months into my quest (12/21), I think PT-141, Cialis/tadalafil 20mg and L-Arginine (maybe other herbs) are a winning formula. For now.
