I live on the NJ shore and `ll be 76 in May. My T level is now 1100 which is perfect, like I was 35 again. Once a week I inject .05 ML testosterone cypionate in my thigh that I get from TOTALLY LEGIT and LEGAL!! Royalmedicalcenters.com in FL. Everything I need including needles, syringes etc. FedX`d to my door for $195 per mo. I also take 5mg generic Cialis daily and 15 mg 2 hrs before play and this is the perfect combination for me with NO side effects except horny all the time. I see young escorts 2x per mo and I'm happier than I`ve been in 20 yrs. Lots more energy too. Supplements don't work!! Zinc and Nitric oxide do help btw. Before this I experienced frequent ED and was determined to learn everything I could and I did.

Go to their website for ALL you need to know. I`m not a shill for them, just a satisfied camper. When I started this program my T levels were 280-300 which my doc said were normal for my age and wouldn`t prescibe T-shots (CYA?) Fuck him, so I went to RMC and they hooked me up pronto, best move I ever made, Swear to this on the souls of my family, (No So lol, btw) My girls tell me I`m better than most guys 35 yrs younger as I can outlast them :)

No BS here guys, Go to www.royalmedicalcenters.com and at least take a look?! Nothing to lose and everything to gain. This has been a Game Changer for me.

Do it now!! YouTube too. Thank me later. Good luck,

Jeff in Jersey

Every state is different and NJ may be more strict.
I inject the same thing you do and it costs me $70 for a 6 month supply.
I buy my own needles, syringes, and alcohol pads, but they aren't expensive.

Lucky you guys. NJ very tough and strict. I too have Medicare B supplement but no prescription which I think you do. My GP will not give me a script for this with my current T levels
(See CYA, lol) but I will reach out to RMC for help on this, doesn't hurt to try.

OBTW, mixed in with the Testosterone Cypionate is Anastrozole which is an estrogen blocker and very important addition. Also they include 10mg of 0.2ml Gonadorelin acetate which I inject 2x per wk subcutaneously in my abdomen with insulin syringes. When we introduce testosterone to our system our pituitary gland recognizes this and tells our testes to stop producing natural T resulting in shrinkage and atrophy which we DON'T WANT! The Gonadorelin tricks the pituitary into to not recognizing the Testosterone Cypionate and the testes continue to produce natural T giving us 2 sources of T which pushes our T levels up to where we want them.

Listen guys, if I can spend $800 a month on beautiful young escorts and can perform like i did when I was 30 I'll gladly eat the $195 PM RMC charge until I can find something better.

Thx for your input guys, rock on.

I have no Part D prescription insurance.
So far we haven't needed it, but times may change.
I still technically have prescriptions through the VA, but don't use them.
If my wife ever need expensive prescriptions, I'll bit the bullet and either pay or get part D.

Gonadorelin is a form of GNRH. As I understand it, it does not trick the Pituitary into not recognising testosterone, It stimulates the pituitary directly to produce gonadotropins; LH and FSH.
If T levels are high the Hypothalamus which produces GNRH senses this and stops producing GNRH, which it does in a pulsatile fashion.

Gonadorelin is apparently very short acting (correct me if I am wrong) and will only work for a brief moment to produce this effect. I know of one guy using it on the Peak Testosterone forum and he says he needs to inject several times a day in order for it to give a reasonable effect. He also says that you need to use a SERM such as Enclomiphene for it to produce this effect whilst on exogenous T, as the SERM will block some of the suppression at the Pituitary level. Suppression happens at both levels, the Hypothalamus and the Pituitary. Given that, injecting Gonadorelin just twice a week would not do much at all?
HCG has a much longer half life, days in fact. This is why it can be injected once or twice a week and improve testicle size and function. It does this because it is an effective LH analogue and can stimulate the testes directly.

So, I am very curious to know what effect have you had just injecting this twice a week?

I spent some more time looking at the threads on Gonadorelin at Peak Testosterone and the very knowledgeable member on that forum who is using it daily has posted a link to "Royal medical" Which I think appears to be the clinic you are using? They have an interesting article on Gonadorelin versus HCG. They are running trials by the look, using it only twice a week as you are doing. Lab results appear very interesting.
Therefore my post above could be incorrect as to the effectiveness of the peptide used less frequently. However the fellow over at Peak testosterone is reserving judgement at this stage!

So I am very interested to know Kidagain73 how Gonadorelin has affected your testicle size, ejaculate levels and how long you have been taking it with the TRT? Did you notice testicular atrophy and then a return to normal size once using Gonadorelin in this fashion?
Thank you.

Looks like you did your homework Simbarn and I stand corrected on the pituitary trickery, lol. I got on the TRT program from RMC a year and a half ago and they included with the testosterone (mixed with Anastrozole btw) some HCG which I had to annoyingly mix myself, then refrigerate. I was instructed by RMC to subcutaneously inject 50 units in my abdomen 2x a week with an insulin syringe.
I did not notice any atrophy or shrinkage in the jewels and all was well. Six mos ago they switched us over to the Gonadorelin 2x a week subcutaneously which requires no mixing and refrigeration which is much easier and they said it was an upgrade from the HCG. Again, no shrinkage whatsoever down below. Ejaculate is minimal but climax is strong so volume is not an issue with me.

I`m very happy with RMC as for me they are the complete package. I perform now like I did at 35 and my girls compliment me repeatedly. I`m not goin to tweak anything.

OBTW, I do adjust the day I take my T shot to 1 day prior to a date which I`ve found increases libido and performance noticeably. I hope you are aware that when on TRT your red cell count will go up and you need to donate blood every 60 days which will keep the red count under control. This is a must do for me and works well.

Good luck,
Jeff in NJ

Thank you Jeff for the reply. Very interesting.
Well after 6 months, if the Gonadorelin was not working you would have experienced some testicular shrinkage whilst using testosterone! So it does appear to be giving the testes some reasonable stimulation. It is indeed a bonus that this does not need refrigeration. I would have thought it did.
Were your ejaculate levels already diminished before beginning TRT? I think as we get older it reduces considerably, the seminal vesicles most probably do not respond to stimulation from FSH even when it is increased f due to ageing of the glands that produce the fluid themselves.
I have used HCG in the past off and on. I found that it would work for a period of time helping libido etc, but then would stop being effective and I would notice some estrogenic effects from it. The Gonadorelin may not have this effect which would be a big plus!
