I have been on Androgel for nearly 1 yr and still less thab 3000. Just recently stopped due to wal-mart finally figuring out that someone coded it wrong. Went from less than $150 for 3 months to over $600. Take a lot of med for heart and diabetes. was beginning to beabe to orgase well and comfortably but all of a sudden it all stopped. Here's a couple things that I started doing last July. Try to lose 3 pounds a month, weigh yourself each day at the same time. This help me control what I was eating before that I was weighing myself once a week. This site will help you with calories myfitnespal. Com. You just need to login and sign-up an e-mail address and ID number. They will ask you some stuff about your weight and calculated out for you. You put in what you ate that day and it will tell you how many calories per serving. I used to eat sourdough toast and by itself was 420 cal, that isn't counting the jelly and the butter. Now I've started over and my goal is to lose 4 pounds per month for one year. I think taking weight helps the heart and that little guy.
