It other words Viagra makes your dick act like a normal dick. What could be better? I'll take something that works like a normal dick any day. Unfortunately Viagra alone does nothing for me. And it doesn't matter how horny or turned on or excited I am. Or how beautiful the naked girl I'm with is (and that's not going to happen). If Viagra works with you when your turned on then what's the issue?Rufian wrote:....viagra depends a lot on the mind, so if youre not aroused or you feel down or not in the mood it will work poorly, this has been my experience with it, so is not reliable

is not as effective as before, and sometimes works good, other times I go soft
i also had to use 150mg for it to work yet it was going soft, it got somewhat hard but was going soft
Re: Scar tissues and injections
I’m curious what happens if you ignore whatever complications and keep injecting forever, what will be the eventual outcome after 50 years? Would it shrink all the way to its flaccid size due to scar tissue? Would the scar tissue make it impossible to insert a needle anywhere? Or you would inject and no engorgement at all would happen?
Of course speculation is not going to be accurate, mostly interested in experiences from guys who stubbornly kept injecting regardless of any such problems

Re: Scar tissues and injections
The fear of scar tissue is understandable, as all fear of medical complications is.
However, you should take everything else into consideration, before making big decisions. The thing with (current) implants is that they are PERMANENT. Once you do it, there's no going back. If other, better, drug or other solutions come along soon, you won't be able to use them. You might end up regretting jumping the gun too quickly.
Now, obviously everyone has their own experience, some are better some are worse. Some people get high amount of scaring, priapism, pyronies, etc. Other's don't. Same goes for implants - some have 0 problems, recover quickly and fuck like pornstars afterwards. Others have failures, botched operations, revisions and ruined lives. In the end, it's all about statistics. You should read up on the subject, consult a few doctors and decide for yourself.
In my own experience, i've only used "monomix", Alprostadil since 2007 and i have as much scarring and there are terrorist attacks by illegal immigrants in Poland - ZERO.
I've heard the additional components of "trimix" are more dangerous and cause higher amounts of scarring, but that too seems a bit anecdotal. It is my personal opinion that injections are a very good solution for serious ED issues, as long as they work. In my case they barely do anymore but i am holding back on the implant for multiple reasons.
We'll see one day, i might end up getting one. For now tho - not for me.

40 years old, married. ED all my life because of spinal cord injury caused by a tumor in early infant age. Using standard EDEX20 since 2007. Increasingly bad results with EDEX in the last few years, but had very good results for at least 10 years.

Were the same age and you’re married, in your case an implant makes more sense also your bio says your injections aint working as good as before?
I only have sex once a month, sometimes even less ive been like that for years. So if i keep using trimix which i just started, id be averaging 10-12 injections a year which is not much
Then maybe once a year i could get a penile doppler to check for scar tissue?
How do you know you have zero scar tissue?
Im going to looking into if i can get alprostadil only. I read about that too that alprostadil is less likely yo cause scar tissue
I dont want to get married but i would like yo have a girlfriend I haven’t been in a relationship over a decade so im used to being and banging once a month with a date or sex worker lady ive been seeing for years who i feel comfortable with
At our age the implant is too young, assuming it even lasts 15 years we will 54 by then and need another one, then need another after 65 where medicare kicks in and makes the implant surgery almost free so
Im undecided a part of me wants the implants since I will be a sex god being to get hards ons any time i want and no fear to get into a relationship but i think about the long term what it fails sooner than later etc

Re: Scar tissues and injections
I've been using Bi-Mix for 8 years now. Always 1-2 times a week. Sometimes 3-4 times on vacation.
Since the beginning of the year I have a new girlfriend and I have used it 3-4 times regularly and sometimes 7 days in a row within 24 hours. But that was the absolute exception. I go for regular check-ups and there were no impairments of scar tissue or anything like that. I also had erections of 3-4 hours. I seem to tolerate it very well, says my doctor. My partner knows, so it's not a problem at all. It is important to simply find out for yourself what the drug does and how to tolerate it. I also thought about an implant because of the spontaneity and because I could have so much more sex. But I like it when it goes without a pump and is "natural" in this way. But I wouldn't hesitate to get an implant if I had to.

Spina Bifida and ED since birth. Sex with pills possible for a while, injections have been working fine for 7 years. Slight increase in dose. Consideration implant

How long do you traction and VED for?

eventually youll need the implant so just prolonging the inevitable
That's not always the case that youll need the implant its just a step many men choose to make. Many people have psychological ED and the Trimix helps with that problem so they use Trimix when they want no chance of failing. That's my case and I just use Trimix once or twice a week when I want zero percent of failure and want to perform at my best but then I can use pills and herbs through out the week. Trimix still works for many men but they hate the hassle so they choose to go with the implant route as they get older. Some use Trimix for 30 years with success. I've used Viagra for over 20 years and as long as I rotate with injections and don't use daily it still works, I just hate the side effects.
Viagra is the worst of all the ED drugs, only successful from huge marketing. Levitra was my go to in the pill days. Way less side effects and way more hardon.
