Hey, i haven't tried Trimix injections, how has your experience been with that?

What treatments have you tried? Have you considered an implant?

I have thought of an implant but I'm not a great candidate for it. I have soft glans syndrome and an implant won't address that. So i'll be spending 30k for half a solution. At the moment I'm pursuing vacuum constriction device. The stuff is on it's way... I have an appointment with Dr Clavell soon to ask away with a page full of questions. My biggest hope is a cure down the road but i really don't know how realistic that is. If i didn't have soft glans the implant would be more suitable but i was thrown a curve ball...

you could also get HA fillers for the glans to pump them up . in usa ,that also is costly ,but there are some mixes that are fairly permanent.
i have a malleable ,im now living in the Philippines , from usa . i lost a inch in girth and hopefully ill take a trip to Korea to get HA fillers to gain that girth back . i looking forward to it .

I had. extreme paid with the injections. 60% of guys dont have that allergic pain. Give them a try.

As mentioned, a urologist should be guiding you through the steps of progression. As my diabetic induced ED progressed, I started with Viagra, working my way up from 25 mgs up to 100 mgs. When Viagra stopped being effective, I moved on to Trimix injections working my way up from 25 units to 70 units. When injections became ineffective, I moved onto a medical grade VED with an Osbon constriction band and then moving up from standard tension to high tension and eventually two bands which has been my go to procedure for the past five years.

Thanks for the post. I've been researching VED with a band quite a bit. Can you use it every day? Do you get a cold blue penis? Does that go away when you take the band off? Is there long term damage from use? How does your woman feel about the cold blue penis? Are you using the sleeve? THANKS AGAIN.

Secondchance, I was desperate after I got total ED when I had the Rezume Prostrate procedure, which injects steam into your prostrate to kill off tissue so that the prostrate will shrink. I had an enlarged benign prostrate. So, saying all this I had total ED after the procedure, maybe because the steam might have hit a nerve down there.
Before I got my implant 3 months later, I tried the VED with constriction bands and it didn't work at all for me. The VED would make my dick long and big but when the constriction ring was applied my dick would immediately get cold and purple. It wasn't even hard enough for penetrative sex. It was depressing, so I just kept stretching my dick with the VED every day until I had my implant installed.
I don't know how some men use the VED and constriction bands for sex, maybe because they don't have total ED. I don't remember exactly but I think you can only use the restriction rings for 15 minutes, so you don't damage your penis.
Secondchance, with my implant, I don't always have a full large blood filled glans when I have sex, but it's the best thing since Apple Pie When I don't have a full engorged glans, I don't have any problem with penetrative sex. I'm glad that I got the implant.
