Johnny: You mentioned getting your hormones checked. Do this right away. I'm surprised your urologist didn't measure your testosterone. T can drop slowly or fast, for many reasons, including a brain tumor. Venous leakage might not be the only thing going on.
If your urologist is inattentive, you can find a mens' sexual health specialist urologist at the larger urology practices.

Age 79 in 2024. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.
Re: Young Man Looking for Advice
Time for an update. I had my consultation with Dr. Clavell. He seems like a genuinely good person who didn’t try to push an implant on me but did tell me I am definitely a candidate for a penile implant based on my Doppler results and my failed medication history.
I’m very very close to pulling the trigger and eliminating this venous leak from my life. A surgery every 10 years seems like an incredibly fair trade. The risks worry me but I’m at the point that the alternative of living with this for more years seems far more worrisome.
My biggest priority is a well hidden implant. I understand nothing can be done about the pump. I would love if clavell patients could answer (1) can your partner feel the tips in your gland? (2) if so, is that an issue? (3) can you feel any tubing when erect? (4) if so, is that an issue for you or your partner?
Thanks so much!

If you haven’t already done so, try to get a live in-person show and tell. That will answer more questions than you can imagine and give you valuable info.
I had a couple and the morning after I made the call to get an implant.
They looked normal as flaccid penises. Although they felt like a semi, I couldn’t feel the cylinders and could only find the tips if I was really searching for them.
The pump could definitely be felt. They are much firmer than a testicle. But they couldn’t be seen. And by the time someone’s hands are on your nuts the deal is sealed. No one is backing out then. LOL
Being able to give a couple pumps was really informative. The inflated penises were harder than I have been in 20 years. I knew it was the right move for me.
I was just implanted last week. I have zero regrets. None.
