Combination therapy may be a brilliant solution: if ED is a multifactorial condition, it makes perfect sense to combine different treatments. Several clinics are doing it.
In my case, I've been doing this for several years, with excellent results: I combine a PDE-5 inhibitor (udenafil), alpha blocker (oral phentolamine) and anxiety supplement (Seredyn), these drugs work sinergistically.
I used a selective alpha blocker which helped.. but I still think pills are average at best.
even with high doses of pde5 it doesn't overcome anxiety and stress

Psych ED since forever less problems being erect alone.
3 kids. Long term partner.
CPPS pudendal neuralgia and muscle tightness in late 2023 making ED worse.
Cialis no longer works. Sildenafil 100mg with diazepam works some of the time.
