After Viagra and injections ceased to work, I now rely On a medical grade VED and Osbon tension bands. The process provides a high quality erection; however, it reduces blood circulation to the surface such that sensitivity becomes an issue after ten minutes and the tension bands need to be removed after 20 minutes. Accordingly, I am not always able to orgasm, but at least my wife can enjoy a nice erection.

Thank you very much for sharing your experience and thoughts.
How long have you been using Osborne Ring?(1year? 5year? 10year?)
Didn't the erection power decrease due to the damage to blood vessels and various tissues of the penis depending on the duration of the ring?
I need to use a strong ring of pressure to have a strong erection.
However, using a ring can damage various parts of the pennis, such as veins and blood vessels, so my doctor didn't recommend using it now.
I have a Doppler test scheduled in two weeks.
After that, I don't know what the doctor will think about using the ring.
First of all, I don't have a sex partner and I'm going to try natural healing without using pennis as much as possible. (Although I know there's no chance of natural healing in theory, I'd like to try it for months and years first. If the test results come out, I'll probably try shockwave therapy or clinical trials.)
The unfortunate part about venous leak is that the healing has already occurred, and in fact it is what's causing the ED in the first place. When you damaged your penis with the extender/pump, your natural healthy tissue was torn and the body reacted by building a spider web of scar tissue inside the penis to repair the damaged tissue. This spider web of fibrous scar tissue is what prevents the veins from pinching off during erection and blocking the outflow of blood like they're supposed to.
