TBH, it's not a competition... getting horny every 3 days is fine unless, as someone said, your partner is extremely more horny and feels bad about it. Even so, you can just eat her out, masturbate her etc and "skip penetration", 99% of women can't orgasm vaginally anyway.

Don't medicate yourself over such a thing, if when you want to have sex you have no problems to achieve it, you don't need medical treatment. The less medication and treatments you can get in your life, the better.
