I would definitely be interested, especially if we can have it in south Florida. Warm water, hot women and cold drinks.

LOL. We are still hammering out details. it's not yet time for sign up. We are laying all the boring groundwork now. We will keep you posted. But if you really want to be part of it, email me and I'll make sure to put you on the list to notify.

My wife says you should consider Saratoga (a Victorian town, DisneyWorld even used it) during the track season as there is lots to do and you could come to our house on Saratoga lake for the talks (if its not the weeks are grandchildren(and daughters) stay. Last week of July is taken. Our renovated camp is only still available after Aug 29 (before freezing), our dock and boats still in the water. There are lots of hotels/motels . Try Malta maybe the Hampton in. We have a second 2 bedroom house there for us. Check out Saratoga.org. It is a college town, oldest throughbred track in the country, has Saratoga performing arts with many types of performances and great restaurants. You fly into Albany.

Location Idea

Postby Dave48003 » Thu Mar 31, 2011 8:24 pm

If we pick a location that a cheapie airline such as Spirit or Air Tran serves, that would keep the transportation costs down. It would probably be a popular gambling or vacation spot, we might get a "meeting room" at a hotel. Our company has negotiated great rates at extended stay hotels, even for a few days, as they can be hungry for business. The meeting room usually gets thrown in at no extra charge. We could always try for an off weekend at a nudist resort!! ;) (Just kidding.)

Positive hitch....My wife suggests if at Saratoga Springs, although lots of eligible babes around for you available guys (especially during track season when they all show up) and families too that wives be included (not in the meetings & general discussions and she can plan activities for them. You guys may like to make a fun vacation of it! There is lots of music in town and lots of walking can be done to do things there.

Forgot to mention there is a casino and a trotters track there also. And if you want to drive an 1 1/4 to 1/2 a serious casino at an Indian Reservation. The baseball hall of fame in Cooperstown is a real jaunt.

I am always getting offers in the mail for free rooms during the week in the off season in Atlantic City. I believe Spirit and Jet Blue fly into the AC Airport.
