I had prostate surgery back in 2010. I must be lucky, because I do still produce the sticky liquid, and can get a useable erection on my own without using my injection. Good for easy morning sex. However, much better when I inject.
Age 59, PSA 7, Gleason 7 (3+4), prostatectomy (Da Vinci) Sep 2010, nerve bundles spared, PSA Dec 2010 .02, using Edex/alprostadil.

I had my prostate removed in 2012, my ogasms last from 45 seconds to 1 minute and with that prior to sex I may have anywhere from 1-1/2 ounces of pre cum. Uro says that it was unusual but has heard of even more from other doctors. If I get sexually excited I can feel it running down my leg.

I have more precum during foreplay than before my radical.
Born in 1953. Robotic prostectomy in 2013.PSA 0 Began Trimix 3 years after surgery. Couldn't be more satisfied.
