I was using Roman for generic Viagra (Sildinafil 20mg tablets). They worked well. I don’t remember the cost. Then Score Blue for daily Tadalafil tablets. They worked well and were about $180 a month. Now I get them from
Cost Plus Drugs, (Mark Cuban’s online pharmacy) for $12 a month. Yes, $12. They worked well.
My doc had to send in a script like any other pharmacy. They worked well.

Pills worked well for several years but something changed and I developed side effects, severe heartburn sensitivity to blue light.
This was a time Thay became less effective also. Sometimes like wtf, nothing. My use was nearly all generics. Also pills were always a timing issue, my wife way in the mood for like 9 seconds and if you weren’t ready there was a tv show she’d rather watch. Or “ changed my mind -maybe tomorrow , no regard for the headache and heartburn I was going to endure. That’s when I saw the uro for an implant.

Re: Ineffective generics of cialis/viagra/levitra
When I was on pills it was real Viagra from the pharmacy and partially paid for by my insurance. They allowed me 10 100mg pills a month, which at first I could cut in half and it worked well. A couple of years and it took the whole 100mg to work. Then the side effects started, heartburn and migraines. Then it became hit or miss, maybe the pill would work tonight, maybe not. It got to the point it wasn't worth taking a pill.
Then I used Trimix for a few years. When that started failing and I looked into the implant doc had me try Viagra again. At that point it was generic pills that insurance no longer covered. $100 for 4 pills! They did squat, nothing, except give me a migraine. I still wish I could have gone straight to the implant before taking that first Viagra.
