Total disaster with Penis. PTNS and Viberect.

My penis is 1 inch (micro penis) I will have a surgery.

I have ED. Can not get erect. Viagra/Cialis do not work in high doses. If I force myself 1 or 2 times a year. But this year I pushed myself yes more than 4 times. I will have a penile implant for the erection. Do not want to deal with injections.

Premature ejaculation. Ejaculate in less than 1 minute.

Orgasm. I guess it is not intense and with a very low threshold. I do not have a way to compare. But when I was young it was way too much better.

For the Micropenis. Yes. I will have a surgery. For ED. I will have penile implant.

My questions go for premature ejaculation and orgasm.

For premature ejaculation I will try Kegels. But my muscle tone is very soft - whole body. Some health problem. I will use externat stimulation device. But all of them are placed in Anus. I Do not want to do that. Bu will PTNS work like ohers? I know PTNS can make premaure ejacultion dissapear. With PTNS you place 2 electrode in your feet. Do you think this will work? Most appropriate PTNS I found so far is Kegel 8 PTNS. I will not use the anus apparatus. Leg electrodes as PTNS. Normally you insert Accupuntur needle with PTNS. But they use electrode. Will this work? I did not look others because they use needle.

I used to masturbate without erection when ED started to come. Would this make ED, orgasm and premature ejaculation issues worse? Now I guess I can not erect fully and my penis head does not have sensation.


Second question goes to orgasm. For anhedonic low threshold orgasm (I take pleasure but do not know how much but I guess low) what can I use? Will viberect work? Or other suggestions. Does viberect work for people who had prostate surgery only? Or anyone else? Other devices out there?

I'd say given all the other effort you've described that you're thinking about doing, the answer to your question is a no brainer. Electrodes? Really? I can't think of any conceivable outcome that would be worth that. Maybe I'm not fully understanding what you've tried to describe, but an implant sounds like an infinitely better way to go.

Thanks for the reply. I guess you fast read my post. Electrodes are for kegel exercises. To strengthen kegel muscles. For premature ejaculation. It has no relationship with implant. I know it is a boring post but everyone should be grateful for their situation after reading that (though I am happy, I just want to experience new things). I hope people can read carefully and answer. I know I should have opened a seperate thread for each uniqe problem and title must have reflected that.

I'm sure you don't always find it funny but it's always good to be able to find humor where you can and to be able to laugh at your situation. It's good for sanity.

If you're planning implant surgery I'd start using a VED (Vacuum Erection Device) immediately for preparation. An implant won't increase your size beyond what your natural potential is. However, there are some studies that indicate that the use of a VED prior to surgery can help you achieve your full potential. It won't turn a micro penis into a mega-dick.

I don't understand the Viagra/Cialis part. It doesn't work but you somehow get it to work 3-4 times a year???
Injections might be worth a try just to see what your potential is. In most cases they don't have any appreciable pain associated with them.

I don't have any experience with PE but some men have reported some relief with injections and implants. Sometimes to the other extreme.

Orgasm intensity can and does fluctuate over time and with age. In some cases it seems to improve with an implant or even injections. Sometimes it's worse.

I can see where Kegels might help with PE. I did use a sort of Kegel technique to achieve what I think is termed a "ruined orgasm" a few times in my past but I guess that's another story.

I'm curious just what external stimulation device you're referring to that goes in the anus (wouldn't that be internal?). Do you have a link? I'm curious. That said, if it achieved the desired medical improvement I'd stick it in my ass. The doctors have stuck plenty of things in my ass for medical reasons. What's one more.

I had to Google PTNS. It seems to help with over active bladder and urgency associated with the effects of a radical prostatectomy. I didn't see where it helps with PE, but I didn't search too deep.

OK, I had to Google the Kegel 8 too. I didn't notice the link. I have no idea if it's snake oil or not. I get the anal probe part now. (When I type anal probe I think UFO's. Maybe I've been taken) I'll be looking forward to your review. I still didn't see a reference to PE. Again, if the anal thing works, I'd use it.

Another member posted some time ago about using one of the home style Tens type units to help incontinence. He mentioned placing probes in the perineum area and somewhere else but I don't remember. Maybe he'll see your post and chime in.

I don't think flaccid masturbation would have any effect on ED, orgasm or premature ejaculation. But what do I know? Over stimulation could, I would think, lead to desensitization.

I would think the Viberect would work as well or better on men who haven't had a prostatectomy. Unfortunately, they don't work on me although they reportedly work for some men.

If you're really happy without sex I can't imagine why you'd consider the expense, recovery time, and medical risk of an implant. If just to make some lady friends happy you could become the king of cunnilingus.

Hi Bldoink. No - penis enlargement is another surgery than penis implant. 2 seperate surgeries.

OK ... You asked me the anal device. Look at the pictures in this product. You will see something like a stick. This is the Anal thing for Kegel exercise.

I used a similar device at the direction of my PT after RP. Solved incontinence in 5 months. Saw my URO today who did the RP. He was amazed at my age that I recovered so soon. Cancer was wide spread and he removed all my nerves. I give full credit to the device for my recovery.

Soon after my diagnosis of PCa and in preparation for my prostatectomy, my urologist had an assistant help me to find my Kegel by inserting a "tube" into my rectum which was attached to a machine. I tried compressing various muscles "down there" until I got the right one (I describe it as the muscle that makes my erect penis "bounce" * rather than the one that holds in urine).


*I could make my penis back then "bounce" when I had natural erections, before I developed E.D.
