Since my implant surgery on 7/6/18 i have had terrible itching because of regrowing pub hair. I think i want it all gone. Those of you that are bare, do you shave or use one of the hair removal products?

I shave just about every day during my shower. I use shaving cream and a good 3 blade razor. Tried a hair removal cream ONCE, burned like crazy
. Shaving works fine for me, love the look and clean feel.

My hair has grown out now but I kept my pubic area smooth for many years. I shaved back when I started, but as manscaping became more popular I found body hair trimmers that I like better. They come with a bunch of different guards of varying depths depending on how much hair you want to remove. I found that the lowest one gave me a smooth look without totally removing the hair. That way it isn’t itchy as it grows out.

You can have laser hair removal. It’s permanent.

I'm sure you can but it wouldn't be cheap

I did that after they rebuilt my shaft using scrotal skin. I spent $1350 CAD and had to quit because I got hurt at work and had no income for a while. I could still use another $500-$600 worth of treatments. What's done looks great and yes, it's permanent.

David I use a Norelco body trimmer. It’s got 2 shaving sides. One for close no hair and one for trim like a barber cutter. It’s battery operated and easy to use. I’ve had it for couple years and works well.

I also use the Norelco battery powered Body Groomer. I use it mostly to keep the area around the base of my shaft clean because it improves the effectiveness of vacuum created by my VED. I also use it to keep the rest of the area trimmed and under control.

I have a Phillips "one blade" that i use. I aggressively trim from nose down, and get waxed every 4 weeks (crack, sack, pubes, quads). Have done so for a long time and regrowth is very light.
