More Surgery

Postby Larry10625 » Tue Oct 02, 2018 7:21 am

Yup, here we go again. Because of my BXO (aka Liken Sclerosis), there is a crust right at my urethral opening making it incredibly messy to urinate. It sprays all over when I try to pee standing up. So on October 5th (this Friday) Dr. Wood's (another great urologist who is local) is going to snake out my drain. Standing to pee is what I will be giving thanks for this Thanksgiving weekend. I really wish all of this shit would just end. I think BXO is the WORST thing that can happen to any man. At least everything else has a treatment option, with BXO all there is, is symptom relief and, so far, even the results of that, for me, is minimal. I probably won't be on here Friday so everyone please behave and don't be mean to each other :D

Best wishes to you, Larry. You are like a beacon for us all on FT! Thanks for your guidance and 'moderation' when it comes to discussions and maintaining the civility that often escapes us in our daily lives.

Best wishes to you Larry.
When one gets to my age there are not many scarier 2 word phrases than your title: "More Surgery".

On second thought maybe, " I'm pregnant" is close. :)
Married 50+ years. Use VED for sex and do
daily exercises with both water and vacuum pumps.

Best wishes Larry. I hope you get your Thanksgiving wish.
I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

Well gang, Thanks everyone for your well wished and concerns, I am home from my surgery and I have good news.. for the first time in two years, I stood to pee and it didn't spray all over the place. I had some urethral stricture and Dr. Woods was able to "snake my drain".

Happy Canadian Thanks Giving everyone. :)
