I had a leakage of 6 on both sides in the morning. I suspect that at night it was worse. Mine was caused by high blood pressure and etc. There is an operation that might fix it to some degree so I understand it is very painful and could affect ever having an implant. I chose not to do it. I did use VED to improve blood flow. That helped but by then I was 100% impotent at night and could not even get a chubby to hang around. I injured myself with excessive VED pressure and the damage to my veins actually caused some healing. Could get soft erections in the AM and sometimes hold them with pills. I do NOT recommend hurting yourself. Bottom line I have an AMS 700 LGX and now venous leakage is no issue. Well it does still affect the erection of my glans.
I was told there was no cure for venous leakage and that as I got older it was just get worse. And it did.
Good luck hopefully your case will turn out for the good but my uro said that it is very common disease so you are not alone by any means.

Hi Guys,
I had a Venous Leak that began at age 30. That was 32 years ago. I quickly sought out the help of a renowned Urologist who specialized in male sexual dysfunctions. At that time there weren’t pills or many of the other treatments available. He had me lay down on an exam table and injected my penis. I got a rock hard etection that lasted a long time so he determined the issue was in my head and referred me to a Psychologist. That doctor found no evidence of it being in my head. For years I continued going to doctors to try to overcome my problem. All of them simply wanted to prescribe things I had already tried and didn’t have success with. I asked them all what the problem was and none could tell me.

Finally, just a few years ago a great doctor sent me for a Penile Doppler year that showed a 40% VL. I was told there was not a good reliable surgery to correct it, but it started conversations about implants. Today I am a very happy man who has reclaimed my sex life and my self esteem. I know hearing a VL isn’t fixable is not good news, but there is hope.

Best wishes,
Greg

Hey guys.......implants are so damned good.
For a small amount of short term discomfort the return of having a cock that works perfectly any time of the day or night is immeasurable.
If you love sex and your partner does too....it’s a no brainer
Only proviso is to do your research and choose a high volume surgeon.
There is zero downside :D

First off, there is hope. Don’t give up. Try 100mg viagra. If that doesn’t work you could try injections or get an implant. I have venous leak too but I got an implant and I’m happy.

My ED is a result of Diabetes. It I am sur a veneous leak is also involved. When pills and injected failed me, I settled for a vacuume erection device and an Osbonconstriction band.

You might want to try that while you are considering an implant.
