I've had ED and an unhealthy penis for 2 decades. I dont always get morning wood. But whenever I do and ejaculate, it lasts a short period of time. Last nite I took 2 advil pms because I had hard time falling asleep. I woke up but couldnt even force myself to ejaculate. The advil pms I'm sure was the culprit. So is this permanent? Do you think the advil pms may have made my ED worse?

Highly unlikely! It certainly isn’t listed in side effects. So no I don’t think the Advil has anything to do with you not ejaculating. I think something else is going on!

I have occasionally taken two Advil PMs to induce sleep; however, I never experienced any increased ED symptoms.

All NSAID's delay or stop my ejaculation, especially prescription drugs like Diclofenac. Advil and Aleve have the same effect. I have proven this to myself several times, so I know it to be true in my case. If I have a Mobic or Diclofenac within 24 hours of sex I can not ejaculate whether having vaginal sex or masturbation. I don't understand the mechanism, but probably has to do with decreased sensitivity. I have psoriatic arthritis and take a lot of meds for that also and that may also enter into it.

I had been on Levaquin antibiotic for a month and could not buy an orgasm/ejaculation for a million bucks. Peripheral neuropathy? And if so, nerve damage takes a long time to rejuvenate if at all. SO many drugs cause sexual dysfunction and few correlations have been made.
