The most recent email I received from him came from this address:

akramer@smail.umaryland.edu

I also have in my address book this address for him:

AKramer@som.umaryland.edu

Perhaps his mailbox is full or his system is rejecting your email because it thinks it's spam? Maybe their server is down? Did you get a message as to why it was rejected or does it say that email address doesn't exist? Just trying to help! I have no idea how to contact him.
