Hi guys, I'm 21 years old and I've been having some pretty serious problems going on downstairs for a couple months.

I've been dealing with contracted/hard flaccid, uneven inflating erections, pain and size loss. I finally got a doppler ultrasound just 3 days ago that revealed corporal fibrosis, I'm a bit worried too because the bimix injection blood spot got slightly worse/swollen and hasn't healed yet, and the pre existing hourglassing on the side where the bimix was injected has since gotten worse, along with a large bit of skin just above the injection site is darker and a bit blueish. Just wondering if any of you guys find that normal since I assume a fair amount of you have had experience with injections on here. I'm praying it didn't worsen my existing fibrosis, but yeah, no more injections for me ever again.

Anyway, I had a couple questions and was hoping that maybe some of you could help inform me since I'm sorta stumbling around in the dark here (with a lot of depression going on for obvious reasons.)

Any advice on the best methods to halt/treat corporal fibrosis? In just a couple months I've already lost over half an inch of length and a bit of girth, so I'm pretty terrified of how bad this could get if I don't at least halt it.

The doctor said my blood flow was good and that he didn't think it could be causing all my problems, but I took a bunch of blood thinners the day before (thought I was doing the ultrasound just flaccid so I was trying to help the contracted flaccid, when I got there the doctor said it was safe and I didn't have to worry about trauma from bleeding : /) and arginine and magnesium just before going to the appointment, so all that combined with the BiMix makes me feel like maybe the results were a bit skewed. Especially since even with max dose Viagra, I've got this pain in the ass uneven and slow inflation. No morning erections either, though I think I'm still having nocturnal ones.

Sorry if I'm rambling, but yeah, if you guys have any advice on what I should do to try and help these injection sites heal and how I can try and stop the fibrosis or even reverse it a bit (if that's even possible) and improve my erectile function, I'd love to hear it. The doctor wasn't much help, I've come to find that forums are more helpful (as much as the doctors hate the forums lmao). Also, if things don't improve, could an implant stop the fibrosis so I never had to worry about it again or is there a chance of things progressing anyway?

Sorry for the long post, I appreciate any advice you guys might have.

I'm sorry that I can't offer any great advice.

Am I correct that your only penile injection was the one given in the doctor's office for his testing purposes?
Am I also correct that prior to the appointment you took a "bunch" of blood thinners? What were they?
And you also took arginine and magnesium?
And you told the doctor about everything you took? I have to wonder if any of your results are valid.

Don't self treat before an exam. That's what the doctor is getting paid big bucks for. Don't do that!

My layman understanding is that blood thinners could increase the bleeding and hematoma associated with an injection, especially if a vein is hit. While rare, hitting a vein during a penile injection happens. The bruising from a hematoma should resolve itself in a few days. There is also a remote chance of an allergic reaction to one of the injected meds. At least it's been reported by members of this forum. If your reaction, bruising or swelling at the injection isn't resolving itself, you should immediately contact your doctor. I'd also contact a medical resource, perhaps a hospital referral system, to find a doctor who may specialize in corporal fibrosis or research urologists in your area to see who specializes in fibrosis and/or Peyronie's disease.

It is my understanding, based on prior reading, that fibrosis does resolve itself without treatment in a notable percentage of cases but a good deal less than 50%. But there is hope.

For the short term, I think it's worth asking your doctor about using a Vacuum Erection Device (VED) for therapy. Just don't get carried away with it. Follow your doctor's advice.

It does often help to voice your concerns, and with that the forum has good listeners. But heed a doctor's advice.

Yeah I told the doctor that I had been taking curcumin and some arginine. The curcumin also had Omega 3 mixed in (even more blood thinning) and I had some Magnesium the morning of the ultrasound (forgot to mention the omega 3 and magnesium but I doubt his response would have been different). We had originally planned on doing the ultrasound flaccid, so I was trying to get some blood flowing into my penis to try and loosen up the contracted flaccid state, hence the arginine and magnesium and whatnot.

When I got there he sorta said the injection was the only way to get a real clear look. I told him about the curcumin and arginine and he said it was fine, that they do it with guys on blood thinners and aspirin so I dunno, but yeah looking back I wish I had waited a week and just stopped my supplements. The only injections I received was bimix for the ultrasound, and two shots of adrenaline to bring it down, yeah.

I have an appointment with a urologist on Friday, I like this doctor more and he's much better at keeping in contact, so I'll ask him about the VED : )

I like the suggestion to use a VED. Don't be aggressive with it trying to regain all the lost length in one go.
Sounds like you may be heading to Implantville, but don't know about the fibrosis.
