Can I still be getting nocturnal erections with venous leak?

I have yet to get a decent erection (while laying down) with trimix and I'm up to 0.7ml of 60/30/3 . For some reason I will occasionally get a boner at night but a bit of wanking and poof!

Is it possible to have a semi erection that last for hours with trimix and have a venous leak, or would the medication wash out and there would be no erection?

My experience has been that laying down or sitting Li'l Alfa will be a bit engorged but floppy. Stand up and he wakes up. Lay or sit he deflates. I imagine if I were to be in a prone position the whole time the medication would 'wash out' without an erection. As soon as I start getting Medicare I am so ready for an implant.

I had the same situation where injections worked fine as long as I stayed standing up. If I was sitting or prone it was like the blood just drained out and I went limp. That is why I had to go for the implant. I would stay hard if I stood on my head. Not that i plan to do that. When i told one of the urologists I just got a blank stare. Thought I was the only one.

During a conversation with Mrs Alfa I was discussing my plans to get an implant ASAP she goes, "Why such a hurry?". Me: "I've been struggling with this for 10 years." Then she confesses that she thought it was a lot longer than that . I can hardly wait for my overhaul. I'm not really hurt over that comment but pissed at believing the old attitude that It's all in your head.

This is strange. I suspect I had a venous leak and my erections are 100 times better laying down and sitting. If I stand up, they vanish immediately.. haha so which one is it?

Chalk it up to everyone is different. The plus side for me is that the effects albeit disappointing can dissipate while I relax in my easy-chair.

I am not the only one but it is rare to here about it. Obviously something to do with blood supply and only happens with injections.
Without injections it didn't matter, up or down.

Typically I loose my erection while lying down. Even with Trimix. My Uro told that's sign of enlisted leakage. He also said I could Tests to prove it's vl but he was pretty sure without the test. He told me to buy a cock ring.
