I woke up this morning with rare morning wood. Usually a good sign, however, this morning I had pain on the right side by the base. And my erection veared of to the right a bit more than normal. Not u shaped dick though. I also measured and my erection was about a half inch shorter than normal, and slightly thicker. Not sure what the next step here is. Things seem fine now.

Give it time, keep working your penis, if you can keep a record of your curve via photos this will help in future, if you get worse and unable to penetrate see your doctor.

Thanks for the response.
Update:
I have had two more morning wood erections since and no pain or abnormal curve.
My P.C.P. has added an alpha blocker at my request. I have managed to have a few "natural erections" that lasted through sex. Though they were not as hard as I used to get. And I am getting occasional morning erections
I can't use trimix on my new alpha blocker, it'll give me priapism amd prevent reversal drugs from reversing.

I used TRIMIX and BIMIX while I was on beta blockers for blood pressure and never had priapism. TRIMIX was very painful and I had aches and pains in my penis up to 24 hours after injecting. That was reason I asked my doc to switch it to BIMIX. BIMIX was useless for me.

You need to make an appointment with your family doctor. If it is Peyronie's you will want treatment before it gets worse. Remember, nothing in the medical world happens quickly so you have to assume that it will take time to get things done and plan accordingly.

I was diagnosed with peyronies. 60 degree upward curve. Anyone has any experience with xiaflex injections. I hear that it's a waste of money. Your thoughts.

i have been through rounds of the injections and now 2 implant surgeries in the last 18 months .I really feel that the injections made my peyronies much worse and accelerated the diseases process , Please if you decide to go the implant route search out the very finest surgeon ( That deals with difficult peyronies cases) , mine only did a few per year, very high volume implant surgeon , But believe me there is a difference ,, wade

Hi, I'm in the same boat with Peyronie's Disease. I'm not convinced that Xiaflex is the answer for me. I'm in the Atlanta area and have seen 2 Urologist. Both said Xiaflex is the answer. I am in the process of investigating the various SWT treatments on the market. Although they are generally for ED and not specifically for Peyronie's Disease the concept of breaking up the plaque with a sound wave sounds logical. I have found there are 3 types of machines. LI-SWT, SWT and an European version called Gainswave. All of the doctors providing this service claim their machines will improve Peyronie's. The problem is, there is not much data to support these claims; therefore, it is extremely difficult to assess the outcome for one individual and not even with a result probability of success or improvement. Neither Urologist I saw offered any type of SWT and both said it was all marketing. Well, that's kind of how I see Xiaflex, the procedure they were promoting. I'm willing to go outside the traditional box to try something other than Xiaflex. I would appreciate other opinions.
