Xrays and Flu Shot - Do They Affect Libido?

Back in 2017 I broke my ankle and had to get xrays and have a cast put on. After that my libido had gone down. Also had flu shot last year. Again after this my libido went down. Is it possible that the xrays and flu shot affect libido??
