testicle health
Some years ago I bought a Bidet that fits on my existing flush. Just need a power source and a ground fault plug. I'm not sure why more Americans don't use Bidets. Once I got the Bidet I stopped wearing underwear, which adds to testicular comfort.

Re: testicle health
the bidet was spreading germs
Modern toilet seat bidets(I have used one for almost 2 years) have adjustable jets. Adjustable for both position and the force of the spray. A good one will also have a "feminine wash" feature(also adjustable) that is designed to wash the "lady bits". If woman feels she has "dirtied" her vagina after cleaning her butt, she can use the feminine wash feature.

Re: testicle health
I have one in each bath. Warm water and seats. Would not go without one. With all the TP adds, I cant understand why they are not advertised more. Great for grand kids that now wash them selves and 97 yr old grandma that can stay independent and no need of help to wipe. Mine blow dry also.
