Kegel Exercises for Potential Outflow Issues?

Postby improvement87 » Wed Aug 21, 2019 2:13 am

I have read some official studies which have shown they have helped significantly for a significant percentage of men?

I dont expect any miracles, but I would love to at least go off injections and be able to go on something like Viagra, I have an "outflow" type of issue i think, in which its often very easy for me to achieve a full erection, i just lose it very easily and quickly without like constant stimulation, if i get up, move around, stop stimulation, etc.. all the things required for normal sexual interaction, however lets say i just lay on my back and dont move or sit down, usually im able to hold a very good natural erection with no help whatsoever as long as stimulation is involved.

I have dealt with issues of low testosterone which I have now been treating, and one of the issues I have had from that is chronic muscle weakness across many areas of my body which i have had to exercize and put into "normal" shape, including back/knees, neck, all kinds of just basic postural and structural things,

I was thinking maybe doing these kegels could help strengthen something which causes easier outflow? what are peoples experiences with this? Also , Im still not 100% sure how they are done? To stop urination, i usually squeeze the muscles in my anus kind of thats how i feel? maybe I cant even really feel which exact muscles are involved here?

Sounds very familiar to what I experience. I was diagnosed with Venous Leak, which is basically a blood valve/back flow issue. Blood can go in easily but flows back out just as quick. I had the same issues with lying flat or setting up, moving...constant stimulation.

I discovered the benefits of doing kegels while learning about penis exercises. It may take you a short
while to locate and learn how to manipulate each muscle group but it's well worth the effort. If you want to find more about kegels, google 'pelvic floor' muscle group (for men). Not sure if they can help with back flow/venous leak issues but they will strengthen everything between anus and meatus.

For me, learning to control these pelvic floor muscle groups certainly helps get/maintain good boners and more powerful ejaculations.

Hi guys, I am injecting and still trying to figure out. I've been doing kegal exercises since mid July before I started injections , hopefully to help out with all of it, but, kegal exercises when I was researching it said it's mostly for inconvenience. I figured it would strengthen the bulba at the very base and it does I think help with better orgasm shooting your load. Just my experience, different with everyone.

If you decide to do kegal, pump your anal muscle and you will feel the bulb raise.when you feel that concentrate on moving that. It's the muscle you want. Squeeze it as tight as you can with a count of : 1001 up to 1005 and let relax for 2 counts. Do 20 sets of 5 , take a break. Do 2 or 3 sets a day. A leak is a leak, mine does the same as you guys and I don't think exercise helps with a VL, but it's something else for me to do,lol. Try it might help, everyone is different.

How do you know when you have a leak, what are the symptoms? My doc wouldnt test for it because low dose trimix works for me, he said if you get a constant erection with trimix you probably dont have a leak..

I had done kegels years ago when I was doing PE. I considered it part of the gains I had (6.5" bpel x 5something to just a tad under 8" by 5.75"). Also, it took about 2 years old PE. I quit when I got too big for my wife's comfort. Years later, I started leaking (incontinence) and having some other urinary problems. The doc gave me Flomax...after I read about the side effects, I threw it away and read a couple of books on ED and kegels. The best appeared to be Siegel's "Male Pelvic Fitness." Anyways, the leaking stopped, my uro said no prostate swelling, and my latest PSA was 0.4. Thanks, kegels (but don't overdo it!).

When I use my Bathmate in the shower I don't bother with the shower strap. After pumping to desired inflation I let the pump hang and use Kegels to attempt to raise the pump from rest. Provides a visual feedback so I can do a Kegel and hold at top for a count then release. I try to do at least 3 sessions a week of 100 or more.

There was a period in my life where as I aged I just passively let things happen. No longer. I think it is analogous to lifting weights to hold back Sarcopenia. I take an active role in trying to keep our sex life functioning and so does my wife. Kegels are a part of this. She has her Kegel Balls and I have my Bathmate.

Including a daily kegel exercise regimen is worth it I think.

You do not want to do regular kegels, they will make it worse.

You want to focus on reverse kegels and IC kegels.

Agreed if you mean daily by doing regular kegels. At least a day or two of rest between sessions is essential.
