Sudden diagnoses change...

So after my brief first visit to my urologist, he diagnosed me with damage to my penis because of poor diabetes management, and
was prescribing injection therapy. I had asked for different oral medications after Viagra had failed, but he refused. I asked for a
penile ultrasound but he refused. He was certain in his diagnoses, until my testosterone scores came back....
Last week I tested at 241T and then retested yesterday at 216T. All of a sudden he is changing his song. He wants a follow-up appointment
and is now considering testosterone therapy with a new oral medication. He is also looking at a penile ultrasound to verify possible physical
causes. Imagine that.
I am frustrated with this doctor because of his "cock sure" (no pun intended) attitude. I can't get my insurance to pay for a second opinion
until he finalizes his first opinion. I feel that this doctor more worried about me using his pharmacy, that is four blocks from his office,
for compound injections than he is about the root cause of my issues. Maybe I am just being paranoid.
At any rate this "critical follow up" is a month out. It should be interesting to say the least.
