I was treated for PCa in May. Cialis and viagra not very effective. Having soft erections and noticed end of penis glands cold. Uro didn't say much. Any thoughts on this coldness? Thanks

I cannot advise you on lack of warmth in your glans except to suggest the obvious - blood flow restriction. No solution suggests itself, but circulatory difficulties accompany a number of medical conditions (diabetes, atherosclerosis, etc) and should be ruled out because - will just because. As we get older we become targets for those sorts of conditions.
On the soft erections/E.D. question, I urge you heartily to "take the bull by the horns" and address the question head on. Action is an incredible elixir against discouragement. And E.D. is a powerful discourager.

I think it's fairly common after PCa treatment due to lack of regular engorgement and blood flow. I'll suggest, as a layman non-professional, that you should start using a VED for therapy right away. You can work on other solutions but start the therapy now.

I will second that suggestion.
Pump up for a minute or a few of vacuum-induced erection and release. Repeat several (or many) times. This flushes blood through your penile tissues and also stretches them to maintain elasticity (and size). These actions substitute for the normal nocturnal (and occasional daytime) erections than men usually have.
