Sex in Older Persons

Interesting article. The division between men's and women's reasons for having or not having sex (and how they do it) is fascinating. Women no not have sex for lack of desire. Men for lack of erections. Noting that women's lack of desire is often a result of lack of suitable desirability in a partner, this brings hope, I think.

I suspect that more than half, and maybe way more than half, of men over 75 are no longer sexual. I know that none of the many I know remain active, and neither do I. The idea no longer appeals, and the desire is gone. I believe this s a natural effect of aging and the many health issues that accompany. Note I did not say everybody, but most.

I am 68 and had the pleasure of 1 hour plus with a28 year old who has rounds as she calls it and is amazed i could give her 7 when younger guys struggle to give 3
