Can thrombosed veins cause venous leaks

Hi.. I have 2 huge veins at the lateral side of my penis and all the symptoms of venous leak, including position dependednt erectile dysfunction.

I want to know if my venous leak can be caused by the thrombosed veins and will the leak stop if the veins heal? Thanks
