Dr Geo Espinosa, urologist, talks about ED, its causes and treatments, incl. natural and chemical solutions.
His views on adrenaline and cortisol are spot on: they are major erection killers and you have to keep them under control. Dr Espinosa didn't mention it but I highly recommend valerian root extract in these cases: it is a mild anxiolytic, 100% natural and no side effects.
And yes, arginine and l-citrulline are your erections' best friends, you want lots of those.
