Hi all,
I am here with an update. I am still experiencing no erections at all, including no morning wood or any natural erections at all. About a year ago when a urologist attempted a penile ultrasound, not only one injection but two full dose injections to facilitate an erection did not produce one at all. My primary care doctor today said that there was no sign of vascular issues and like my old doctor (who I did not like), she also suggested at looking into "sex therapy". I tried to explain that if two full injections couldnt give me an erection, and I have no improvement with full doses of cialis and viagra, isn't it likely something physical? Oh yeah and, uh, I am 23. I don't get morning wood, or a full erection even when I am alone in a room, so I really do not believe it is psychological or that "sex therapy" will help with this. I already see a therapist, and the sexual desire is there. When I get my testosterone checked it is usually in the 200's, sometimes 300's. One time it was about 600. Although I insist that having T usually in the 200's at age 23 is not optimal, both docs confirmed it is not the issue.
Other symptoms I have been experiencing is significant bone and/or muscle loss in my arms and legs, excessive armpit sweat (even when cold, super embarrassing) and simultaneously very cold hands (even when it is warm). I also have multiple urinary tract symptoms and GI symptoms, stomach pains, etc. I get joint and muscle pains and discomfort sometimes. I am experiencing male pattern baldness extremely prematurely as well. I have a sleep disorder that causes me extreme fatigue and daytime sleepiness. I brought all of these concerns to my primary care today, and she checked blood levels and thyroid levels and, good news is, they were normal.
At this point I wonder now, is it worth arguing treatment for testosterone levels? Am I just broken and never going to be able to be sexually active? I asked my doctor about getting vitamin deficiency tests done, because of some of my other symptoms (calcium, vitamin B, C, D, zinc, etc). I was born preterm and have an extremely sensitive penis and skin and general, though my penis and testicle size are not abnormal, if not sometimes I feel my penis seems more "elastic" than maybe it should. My penis, when it gets even slightly erect (still never remotely enough for sex) curves upward so I also wonder about congenital penile curvature (chordee). Does anyone know about this condition? My ED is chronic and has been lifelong, I have never been able to successfully engage in sex. And I am just so over this. Being told everything is normal. PLEASE help me. Respond to this, say something, anything. I am losing hope. I feel so lesser than everyone. Thank you thank you thank you.

Re: 23 and my penis is broken
I am so sorry you are going through this. Have a seen a doctor who actually specializes in male sexual dysfunction? If not,I think you should. Primary care doctors are good for many issues, but not the problems you are talking about.
I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

I am so sorry to hear your plight. I am not a doctor. From what you describe, there is more going on than just ED. Hormones are very tricky things to deal with since they interact with each other. Insulin going downs causes cortisol to go up etc. with all the others. I would suggest seeing an endocrinologist specialist, and not only to look at the ED specifically, you have more going on than that. As a 23 year old that may be the most important thing in your mind.
Good luck, hope you can get to the bottom of this.

Man I am so sorry to hear you are experiencing all this stuff you obviously should not be experiencing at twenty three! I can assure you one thing the guys at this forum are here for you. Hoping you get the help you need to fix whatever is going on with you. I saw an endocrinologist a few years ago and he made a very simple suggestion to me that has made a big difference in my life. At the time I was taking my testosterone injection every two weeks. I was experiencing highs and lows. He suggested that I split my dosage in half and take an injection every week. I cant tell you how much that simple suggestion has helped me. I know there is help out there for you. You just need to find the right doctor that can help you. Please keep us informed to your progress. Most of us have been through a lot of stuff that has to with sex. We are here for you. Wishing you all the best.

Re: 23 and my penis is broken
I barely had any sex in my 20s. I suffered from sexual performance anxiety and I wasn't able to get an erection strong enough for penetration. I was severely depressed, anxious, insecure and depression can have a drastic effect on your sex life. Everything changed when I visited a urologist and I suggest you do the same. ED is a multifactorial condition and only a good urologist can determine the exact cause of your problem.
Age 40. Psychogenic ED for over 20 years. Current regimen: Udenafil 200 mg, oral phentolamine mesylate 40 mg, Seredyn.
