PLeasssseeee HELP ....

Hello, everyone. I'm new to the forum and I'm grateful it exists. I'm asking for help . Soon I have to do a Doppler injection test and I'm very worried. I have an appointment at Kuehhas after the new year. My question is, is it possible to get an injection plaque from the first injection I have? I already have a lesion from a penis injury and I worry very much not to make the erection worse (which is unstable now) or cause a new one with the injection. Are there any cases where the erection worsens after the injection of Aprostadil for the Doppler test? Or someone who received a plaque from a single Doppler injection? Please help.

I suppose anything is possible. I could win Powerball. (It would help the odds if I bought a ticket). You might get hit by a meteor. Trump might beat Hillary. Wait, delete that last one.

Seriously, though, according to the urologists that had me on injections since 1990. The culprit is the papaverine and to a lesser degree the phentolamine. The prostaglandin e1 (aka alprostadil) is not responsible for plaque or scarring. In my case what it did was give me achy dick. But no threat of plaque.

Thanks for the reply.
First of all, I want to wish you the success of the operation. I see it is scheduled for the 31st. Good luck and success !!!
I'll try to get him to do the test with Viagra or Cialis, but I'm not sure he'll agree.
ACHY DICK = hard flacid ? or no ? Please tell me

I took alprostadil in stand alone form as a product called Caverject.

It definitely got me hard. It’s good stuff except for the side effects.

After sex my dick hurt for several hours. Even after getting soft it would be a little sore.

There’s a little bit in trimix but not as much as when that’s the only thing I was injecting. I can tell it’s there from the ache/pain but with trimix the effects weren’t as bad.

You'll be fine. It is my understanding that alprostadil has the least risk of the ED drugs. I've been using it for years. Some guys get a lot of pain from it but most don't. Risk of damage from one shot should be really really small. Quit worrying about it.

From what I have read, about up to 10% of regular injection users get plaque build-up. I injected several times a week for over four years and never incurred any plaque build up.

So if you have both straight pge1 or trimix better straigh pge1

It's possible straight PGE-1 is a little safer than tri-mix but some of the latest I've read found some risk with the PGE-1 also. Besides, if I recall correctly (which is always in doubt) the studies showing damage from the other ingredients of tri-mix were studies using the ingredients by themselves. I believe the ingredients of tri-mix are supposed to have a synergistic effect allowing the use of less drugs overall. However, in your case of a single test shot I can't imagine it making a bit of difference. Quit worrying about the test shot and trust your doctor.

Don't worry. I was loaded with plaque and nothing happened. I was able to get an erection but was not a spectacular one. lol I agree with the other guys that you should not be afraid of the Doppler. Just ask your doctor about your concerns and he will definitely advise you.

Good luck and have a great Holiday
