I have hit on this with other posts I am wondering how these have worked for all of you. I used two of the oral meds one caused severe leg cramps the other flushing and head aches it worked great on an empty stomach but with any food at all nothing. A few months later it quit working all together. My doctor told me its quite common for orals to quit working and he viewed the ads for oral meds to be misleading and questioned the success rate they claimed but did admit he had some men they worked for, and always used orals as a start point for treatment. Have any of you had long term success with orals?

I used Viagra for over 15 years. I started with 25 mg and over the years had to increase the dosage to 100 mg. About two years ago I had to add constriction in order to maintain the erection. I believe the declining results from Viagra was due more to the effects of high blood glucose rather than the declining effectiveness of Viagra.

I am currently taking 10 mg of Cialis daily and getting about the same results as a did with the 100 mg of Viagra. In other words, I still need constriction to maintain the erection. That is on days I do not use a Trimix injection which the oral meds can not come close to matching.
