Could ED be due to muscle weakness somewhere?

I find that more often than not (unless on meds), that my erections feel exceptionally weak, I.e. very much half-mast. Could it be due to something muscular, or lack of?
I should add that I'm 38, very active, not over-weight, eat fairly healthily, given up smoking (I was only ever a social smoker) and pornography (again, more of an issue in my mid-20s) and don't drink too often.

First thing I would do is get your testosterone level checked. Doesn`t matter if your 38 or 68 then proceed from there.

Thanks for the reply. I had a basic testosterone test done last September and it came back as 10.3 nmol/L (sorry, I'm the UK, hence the units of measurements). I then had a much more comprehensive one carried out more recently and have attached the results, but basically, it came back as all fine, well, at least, that what I think.

Kegel exercises will help and cannot hurt. If nothing else, they can make your orgasms/ejaculations more powerful/pleasurable.
