I have had some moderate success (65%) with Maxidus (primary ingredient - tongkat ali) and similar results with Rock-hard- weekend. I take them along with 5 gr of l-Argenine ethyl ester dissolved in a glass of green tea. If purchased in large quantities, the cost is about $2.50 per capsul. However, I can now get 20 mg of Tadadifil at or below this price so I only occasionally use it now to reduce my existing supply on non Trimix days.

I guess he should clarify which he is looking for. I responded above regarding OTC erection enhancing supplements. In my opinion, there is no pill that will enlarge your penis. Only penis exercising techniques will result in enlargement.

Have you been to a urologist yet? Some of the standard ED pills can be quite helpful. If the Uro prescribes one and you don't have prescription coverage, there is information on this forum regarding generally reliable overseas suppliers of the generic forms.

I would recommend making an appointment with a Urologist who specializes in Male Sexual Dysfunction.
He should be able to discover the cause of your ED and recommend various ED Treatment Modalities which would be
available to you. In my opinion, this would be the most efficient way to resolve your ED problem.
Best of Luck,
