Headache during orgasm

The last few days I have suffered from very intense headache just before and during orgasm. Just recently I have been having more powerful orgasms. So I was wondering if the headaches were a sign of a problem or a sign of increased blood flow and hence pressure on the brain.

I'm not a doctor--or even a biology major--but I don't think it makes sense that having an orgasm would cause headaches. LACK of orgasms might make you grouchy--and thus give you a headache--but not the other way around.

What meds are you taking, esp for ED? Seems to me that's a more likely cause.

I agree with Greg. It is the absence of orgasms that will cause headaches. So lets not let that happen!

Please check your blood pressure. What position are you in during orgasm? I'd call your doctor and have a quick check up. Headache with orgasm tells me there is a painful blood pressure build up in your head. This also gets into how much you are exerting yourself during sex/masturbation and how intense you are making it. Try a more low key approach. Take longer, and use a more Tantric approach.
Get your blood pressure checked and tell your doctor.

Headaches during orgasm is not uncommon. Interestingly there is more evidence of headaches in men than women which blows the myth about women having headaches. There is alot of information on the web about this issue. Also I am not doing anything different in terms of position and intensity than I have been doing over the last 15 months since surgery. I don't have a blood pressure problem and I am in good physical health. The purpose of my question was to find out if there are any guys who have any experience of this in the context of recovery from ED as a result of RRP.
