Hello again from me. There is a slight change in my condition and I'm trying to figure out what's going on. I hope you help me with tips.
Before - erections are soft and disappear quickly with masturbation and stronger erections that last longer with a partner, but without penetration. Up to 40% disappear after penetration
After yesterday - the erection became a little harder with masturbation, it does not disappear, but it is still 80-85%. With a partner it is 85-90%, disappears again after penetration, but now they are a little harder.
The only change is that I stopped Cialis a week ago.
I know there is no logic in everything I say, but it happens.
I ask for any opinion and help.
I have never heard anything like this happening to me.
Usually men have a strong erection for masturbation and a weaker partner, and the opposite is true for me.
And I have never heard anyone disappear into a penetration erection ..... and the moment I pull out ..... its erection again.

I am no doctor and what I say is only my opinion----I sounds like there may be a psycological issue at play here. Maybe it's something down deep in your repressed memory or subconcious, just guessing. The fact that you can get an erection good enough to penetrate, then goes soft and upon withdrawl gets hard again may be caused by something you need to see a therapist about. Let me ask you this: Does this happen with you receiving oral sex? If you partake in anal intercourse does it happen? There are other possibilities also. Just my two cents worth.

I'm not a doctor and simply throwing guesses but as I see it there's 2 causes. 1 your problem is psychological or 2, position dependent venous leakage. As for the latter I quit trying injections because in the standing position Lil' Alfa would be puffed up but once laying down it'd go soft. So I try doing 'it' standing but once I try to engage it's poof again. My advice is to not waste time and get started with professionals. I don't see your age but something like this can take it's toll on one's overall confidence.

This does not happen with oral sex .....

In the same position, the erection goes (on penetration) and in the same position comes again (After subtraction)

I can't figure out what's going on .....
Does the vagina cause venous leakage by squeezing the penis?
