I’m skeptical. Because pt-141 needs to be injected.

Its a peptide, just like Ozempic which has been made into pill form as Wegovy. So perhaps they have been able to pill form the Pt 141

I've never tried Mt Everest but I'm a big fan of combination therapy.

I don't think I'll try it because tadalafil stopped working for me a few years ago (I'm currently on udenafil), but it sounds legit to me.

I had to try it, even though I gave up on the injections years ago because of objectionable side effects. It melts quickly under your tongue. They say wait 30 minutes. Started off good but lost erection after 30? minutes.

I'm 90. They demand to see your drivers license when ordering, so they knew how old I am. Perhaps they formulated me a weak dose because of this? YMMV.

what do you mean lost erection after 30 minutes?

you had a non stop erection for 30 minutes?

Im 39 and would kill for an erection longer than 5 minutes. why would you need one longer than 15 minutes?

Im sure I still dont understand ED whatsoever.

Psych ED since forever less problems being erect alone.
3 kids. Long term partner.
CPPS pudendal neuralgia and muscle tightness in late 2023 making ED worse.
Cialis no longer works. Sildenafil 100mg with diazepam works some of the time.
