A lot of variation with this. I can't but I have nerve damage. Some guys can do it easily. The methods used by those that can varies greatly also.

Go to Smartstim.com which is a forum for estim users. Most people start out with a Tens machine which is a medical device to help control muscle pain. Estiming , in my opinion, is not real sex. Nothing, in my opinion, will replace a full functioning dick.
