Hey guys,
Had an interesting chat with the pharmacist from this company yesterday. A couple key points:
- They specialize in a sublingual product (Rugiet Ready) that is a mix of Sildenafil (acting ingredient in Viagra) and Tadalafil (active ingredient in Cialis)
-Made in a USA licensed compounding pharmacy
- The product comes in many custom doses, with the most popular offering being a combo of 40mg sildenafil with 14mg of tadalafil -- $10 per dose
This is interesting --- they also have the ability to add in PAPAVERINE (used in injections) and APOMORPHINE
- This is actually the first I've heard of someone doing this and very interested to see if it works
I am unfortunately in Canada where they do not currently ship. I do plan on taking a trip out to the states once the coronavirus clears to test the product out.
Highly encourage anyone in the States to give it a shot and please report feedback here........I am really curious to know if the add'n of papaverine and apomorphine might have a significant impact on ability to work!

I have never heard of this company before. I suggest you do some research on these guys and, if possible, contact other patients of theirs.
Combining tadalafil and sildenafil seems a bit strange to me: they are both PDE-5 inhibitors, why should you combine them and increase the risk of serious side effects?
Doseage is another major issue. Cialis 10 mg did nothing for me, only the 20 mg pills worked.
Good luck and tell us how it went!

Thanks Flavio...unfortunately they do not ship to Canada so stuck at the moment.
If any users in the states are able to give it a try, please let us know.....I am really curious about the papervine and apomorphine additions...if they can truly be absorbed well sublingual then maybe these guys are onto something.

Hey guys, I just saw this post, thought I'd jump in.
Full transparency first, I work for Rugiet Men, more on the digital marketing side, but familiar enough with the service so I thought I'd respond (I did inform our Chief of Medicine of the inquiry/interest, so he will be jumping on here shortly as well). I personally have a Rx for Rugiet Ready Sil65/Tad22, product works amazing for me. I also tried Blue Chew, taste is awful, I literally had to spit it out; the Rugiet sublingual actually tastes like a chocolate mint. I've seen the feedback from the existing customer base, ranging from people with mild ED that have tried Viagra 50 before and folks with more severe ED that have tried Viagra 150 without results - ages ranging from 25 to 71- Rugiet is working for most folks across the ED spectrum; retention rate is >90% return buyers. The one person who I know they could not help, has severe ED, was using trimix and wanted to give this a try to avoid taking the shots, but even after trying the 150/22/3 they determined trimix is the only option for him - mind you that is among a much larger list of folks who were on trimix who have since switched to a Rugiet combo that is in fact working for them.
As for the question of how reputable the company is, for 1, the guy who invented it is the Chief of Pharmacy that calls each patient (same guy that spoke to @taken29). I've seen how much time he spends with each patient on the phone, they are also up front and tell you it may not work for everyone, but the fact that the docs and pharmacist work with you 1:1 to try different strengths before you lock in on the one that is best for you, certainly a different patient first approach vs. the folks out there just pushing generic pills for profit; these guys are worth a shot if other treatments have not worked or you just want to try something sublingual that works faster without the awful taste.
For those of you in Canada, I don't think there is any plan to sell there - its being made at a US licensed pharmacy, so can only ship to 50 states - but even then, currently only shipping to Florida & Colorado [16 more states coming this summer].
I don't have a medical background so can't explain any of the more technical questions you asked like Apomorphine or Pappaverine, but hopefully the doc will be able to answer for you once he jumps onto Franktalk.

Do you need a prescription to buy from them?

That is really encouraging if some folks are able to switch from trimix to a rugiet combo that does the job...I've dont injections in the past but worried about things like scar tissue..

Did the chief of medicine for this company ever reply to this thread? I would like to know more about this company and if anyone on here has tried them.

I have talked to this company and they are legit.
As a 501c3 we can't allow a corporation or a doctor or anyone who has the potential to make money from treating ED to post on the boards - it is a serious infraction of the IRS code.
BUT....we can educate men about their new treatment. I will be interviewing Rugiet and will relay that information to you.
Thanks
Paul

I get sildenafil and tadalafil troches from Hallandale Pharmacy through my TRT clinic wouldn't they be pretty much the same thing?
