What do each of the three parts of TriMix do?

I would like to know what each of the three components of TriMix do. My understanding is that one was for Hardness, one was How Long you would stay hard and unsure of what the third component does. I started with a 30/1/10 and after reaching max dose of 35 units it was not effective enough. Second prescription was for 30/1/20. This would produce about an 80% erection that would only last about 15 minutes using a max dose of 35 units. Does anyone know what each of the three components does? What should the next prescription be? I am seeing my urologist April 23 and want to know what strength I could ask for. Thank You

This PDF of a flyer from Wedgewood Pharmacy (I have no experience with Wedgewood Pharmacy) contains the best description I've found of what the various components do:

If your not experience pain seems the last number is what could be raised like 30/1/30

Ingredient 1. Alprostadil, is prostaglandin E1. Which is a vasodilator. It works by activating the PG receptors on smooth muscle in the corpora cavernosa directly and therefore increasing levels of cAMP.
Ingredient 2. Papaverine, is also a vasodilator, its method of action is thought to be by nonspecific PDE inhibition, and therefore also increasing levels of cAMP. Although its mode of action is not completely clear.

So both of the above are working in a similar way as a PDE5 inhibitor such as Viagra, by signalling smooth muscle relaxation. However, PDE5 inhibitors work via the NO pathway, increasing levels of cGMP. The two above work on a slightly different pathway.

Ingredient 3. This is the interesting one. Phentolamine. This one works by blocking the adrenergic receptors in the penis. This is generally called the sympathetic pathway. This is one of the strongest pathways that is responsible for maintaining the penis in the flaccid state which is it is designed to do 95% of the time. This ingredient in Trimix is the only one available in any preparation for ED, (in the US or AU) that combats this aspect or pathway related to ED. I have discussed this drug in more detail in another post I made recently if you are interested.

What is also interesting about this pathway is that the brain shuts it down during REM sleep. This is the time nocturnal erections occur. Without the inhibition of the sympathetic pathway, nocturnal erections occur with ease!

Trimix works better than just oral PDE5 inhibitors because it has two different vasodilators, plus an adrenergic blocker, and it is administered directly to where it is needed, rather than systemically as oral medications may cause more side effects elsewhere, especially the first two in the mix.
The only issue with this is that some will suffer from complications of the method of administration, injections.
