I just want to get your opinions. According to my uro lab results are okay, but when I checked stuff online, these numbers do not look so normal.
Any idea?

Testosterone affects libido but not erection quality. The good news is you're in the normal range. You can raise your testosterone by doing weekly shots yourself. I got mine up to 900 but it didn't improve my erections. I did have a bit more energy to power through the day though. I backed off after a couple of months because the acne it caused was terrible.

I see. Thanks for the clarification. I thought I was on the low side.

This level does appear to be in the very low normal range. It does help if you include the lab ranges for both tests.
If you have had just had one test it is not conclusive. As you have had one low result it would be prudent to have another 2-3 morning tests to confirm you are low normal.
LH and FSH should be done as well to see if it is your pituitary that is sluggish or your testes.
Are you having any low T symptoms? Nocturnal erections may decline with low normal levels.
Your state of health can cause T levels to drop. Improving general fitness and diet can be a first step to see if it corrects the issue.

My two prior T readings were 215 (I can't recall when) and 285 in late Feb. Then, my last reading in late May was 521. Since all this flu stuff started I've been walking 45-60 minutes about every other day.
Then when the gym reopened, I went back to a full body workout with weights about 45 min and using the stretch cage about 45 followed by 10-15 on the ellipticals 2-3 times a week and continued walking.
Harder to see: Since about early Mar, I read in a couple of places that Vitamin D helped raise T. They stated that sun is the best source of D which I already knew. So, I started sunbathing nude. I started when it was warm enough to get 15-20 min of sun and increased it every week. I still don't go over 30-45 min. One of the articles said that sunbathing would raise T by 125% and by 200% of the testicles got some of it. A 180% increase in around 3 months is pretty good--if you can stand the sun. I love the beach. A nude beach is on my bucket list.

P.S. NO SUNSCREEN since it interferes with D, and thus T, production. So, adjust your sun time according to your skin tolerance, especially if some meds make you sun sensitive.
