When it comes to "devices" like rings ( not drugs),who do you use that can be trusted? Especially nice if they take paypal rather than credit card.

VED related, not specifically to enhance partner's pleasure. Rings at the base of the penis designed to maintain erection . Although in my case I'm not planning on using a pump.
