Oral phentolamine 50 mg: English instructions

I recently got a new order of oral phentolamine mesylate from China.

It's a new brand from Fujian Yongchun Pharmaceutical and each pill contains 50 mg phentolamine instead of the usual 40 mg.

It works but it's poorly packaged and I'm still not sure if more is better.

I have already tried several Chinese brands (oral phentolamine seems to be a popular ED treatment in China), they all worked with varying degrees of efficacy but none as effective as my previous brand from Cimed Pharmaceuticals, Brazil (Vigamed).

Side effects include tachycardia, hypotension and headaches, heart patients should not try phentolamine. Oral phentolamine is a prescription drug, always consult your doctor before you decide to start any new treatment.
