With the cost of implants and the fact they won't increase your size is it worth the time, pain, and money to get one if your penis is only 3-1'/2"
to 4" in length with erection?

Does your 4 inch give you pleasure when it is hard? Run what you brung as we say in the racing world. Every one has a bigger racing machine, but you may be the best in your class.

If you *have* to get an implant then i'd do aggressive VED and traction with RestoreX to gain as much length pre-op as possible.

An implant will not increase your size. Certainly not significantly. It may even lose size.

If your penis gets erect and rigid enough for penetrative sex, there is no reason to go through the risk, expense and pain of implant surgery.

An implant will damage your penile tissues and render you permanently unable to get an erection without pumping up the implant. That is, you will be permanently and totally impotent. You will be totally dependent on the implant to get and maintain an erection.

It is possible to enlarge your penis by use of various techniques. Vacuum therapy, traction, etc can produce incremental (that is, small and over long periods of time with arduously applied protocols) increases in size. There is some risk if you get too enthusiastic applying these techniques. There are surgeries that promise quicker results, but they also have their risks. And beware of quacks hawking surgeries that are more dangerous than beneficial.

Better to learn good techniques for coitus or even good techniques for alternate sexual practices in addition to coitus. Cunnilingus is WELL appreciated by most women these days, absent religious or medical sanctions. Mechanical sexual aids (also known as sex toys) can add spice to a relationship as well.

I actually lost some length with my implant surgery but eventually got it back in 5-6 months with pumping aggressively everyday.

I think that is a typical experience. I was using injections until my implant (although I had to abstain from injecting for the last 6 weeks) so I was very familiar with my current obtainable dimensions (implanted on 6-12-20). Although the injections were failing more and more frequently with an extremely high dose of super Trimix, I was still having frequent full erections that were as hard as ever. I did suffer from migraines due to the large dose of medication, which was another issue. Anyway, I can say that I initially lost length due to the incision areas swelling and becoming harder. In other words the measurement from tip to pubic bone was less because I could not press easily all the way to the bone. I have a considerable fat pad for my weight, but it has always compressed easily to the bone as if it were not there. Anyway, by the time I was recycling fairly aggressively I found that I could measure about 5 1/2". The surgical area has continued to soften up and I am back to 6" now when inflated to or near capacity. With sexual arousal my glans does swell up as well. So, all of these factors contribute to me experiencing the exact same size as before. This may not be everybody's experience, but at least it is obtainable.

As far as the idea of implanting when you have a functioning penis, assuming no medicine or other conditions are complicating things, I would never consider that. From everything that I've seen on the subject, it would not seem to be a good idea to go into IPP surgery with the expectation of INCREASING size. Even if the approach were taken that aggressive sizing could expand tissue, etc., I don't think gaining a very small increase in length or girth would be a good trade off for being dependent on an implant for the rest of your life. I suppose a consultation with an implant surgeon wouldn't hurt though. There are some surgeons who have done research on the subject of tissue expansion and how subsequent implant revisions then utilized longer cylinders. I still think we are talking about only 1 or 2 CM of length though.

After RP and three implants, I'm pretty small - 4-7/8".... Post RP and pre-implant, I was " tiny, soft little noodle dick". Now.....I CAN FUCK!!!!! It's your dick and your sensations.....enjoy them! Good luck man!!!

When I took off my pants, she said "who do you expect to satisfy with that little thing?' I smiled and said 'myself'................

Once injections were no longer effective, I started using A VED for erections and a “sex shop” pump with a vacuum gauge for therapy. As a result, I enjoy hard erections, but only for ten minutes before insensitivity starts to set in, but my girth has increased by about an inch and my length has increased by about 3/4”.

You might want to consider pumping before deciding on an implant.
