All the posts about pre and post-implant is from a man's perspective, that is what sex felt like before and after the implant. Is it possible to get perspectives from women about their experience of sex with their partners pre ad post implant. Did they find a difference and was it more satisfying. Will they recommend implants or not.

I don't know if there are women in these forums but they should definitely read some of the topics. Most women are full of preconceived ideas and know nothing about male sexuality.

Women are not permitted to be members of FrankTalk.
There has been a lot of discussion on the topic, some of it quite heated. There are valid and compelling arguments on both sides of the question, pro and con. Ultimately Paul has the deciding vote on the matter and he came down on permitting women partners of members to post using their (member) partner's account but not to have membership accounts of their own.
I support his decision even while disagreeing with part of it, as I understand the mission of FrankTalk is paramount. Balancing the value of women's contributions with the chilling effect it may have on men's free expression of their feelings is a delicate balancing act. I sympathize with Paul.
As I understand it, the deciding factor is that anything that would risk discouraging men from speaking frankly (even politically incorrect views) detracts from that mission. If I am wrong about that, Paul, please PM me.
There is another forum that does invite both genders, but it is not nearly so well attended as this one. It is a dot-com, so naming it here in an open thread would risk FrankTalk's non-profit status. PM me if you would like to have a link.

I didn't know that and I totally agree with Paul.

I am signed up there and have never been asked for any information more than any other support group (including FrankTalk), nor money. No nothing but the promise of a helpful or needy attitude.
There may be monetary/profitable features to the site, but not to the forums portion that I have seen.

Where is this, 'there' that you speak of?
Is this another site? Could you pm me the details, lostsheep, if you're not allowed to post here.
I'm like an information hover with all this stuff. Much love.
