There are a lot of supplements available that claim to help with men’s sexual health and E D. Do any of you guys use a supplement ( capsules, pills, etc). that helps with ED and erections and libido? I am not talking about Viagra or Cialis. Those meds quit working for me. I am referring g to supplements, herbal or other ingredients that have helped you. Suggestions are much appreciated.

I take L-arginine and zinc. I find that zinc will give me a headache sometimes, telling me to either cut down or give it a rest. But it helps with libido

I've taken L-Arginine and a NO booster like Neo40 (or similar like SuperBeets) to boost cardiovaascular function for a couple of years now. Low-T being treated which is the foundation of men's sexual and penile health. I take zinc(220mg ZnSO4) and concentrated bioflavanoids (antioxidants) like Quercetin 1000mg/dy, started for covid, but good for other viral issues and immune boosting (see WSJ article today). I started tanking a blend by Horney Goat Weed several months ago and feel it has boosted libido and an amorous feeling, but it could be other good stuff as well like the low 5mg maintenance dose of Cialis and significant success in nocturnal tumescence and in the sack recently. I've just tried oxytocin for DE (seems not to be working) and plan to progress along the Rx/supplement tree on that. Conversely, based on research here on FT, I've tried to eliminate things that contribute to ED and DE. The net sumlo f this and other things has boosted our sex life significantly but there have been no double blind placebo controlled testing on it all, so who knows what does what. But directionaly it's all good and working. I have been able to reduce my injection quantity significantly and even have meaningful pre-sex before the finishing shot. Reducing 60mcg of PGE from 0.50-0.60 to 0.10-0.20, and still rocking it, may help the DE.

The only natural supplement I trust is PRELOX. Its patented formula includes L-arginine and pycnogenol, both components work sinergistically. I used it for a long time but it seemed to increase T-levels and could worsen my hair loss, so I stopped.

I've mentioned Seredyn on another thread. Seredyn is not a treatment for ED, it's just a natural supplement for the treatment of anxiety. It may, however, be useful in cases of sexual performance anxiety. I love it and it's now part of my new regimen.

I have been taking bee and pine pollen, l arginine. Noticed an improvement in ejaculation content, and I think the arginine is lowering my blood pressure.
