Venous leak or different nightmare

Postby Stenlie_ » Sat Oct 31, 2020 6:36 am

Hello, everyone. I have a few questions that torment me and I really ask guys who are familiar with such things to answer me ....

In short: Penile fracture, surgery after 8 hours, severe depression, but good months with a good erection follow. After 4 months, the erection begins to weaken. Difficult to maintain an erection and difficult to achieve maximum hardness. Testosterone - 250-300 (low)
Doppler test with 5 micrograms of alprostadil, in which I do not achieve a full erection, but the doctor said that there is no leakage and the inflow is good.
At the moment - sometimes I achieve a full erection and I can keep it, but super strong visual stimulation is needed. Extremely strong visual stimulation causes almost 100% erection and I can keep it. Sometimes I experience premature ejaculation. I can ejaculate without even touching it. Sometimes I can masturbate quite normally without PE. Weak ejaculation (he always shot a lot and hard). Is it possible to have a venous leak that visual stimulation can overcome? Last time I kept my erection for about 10 minutes almost full, but again with EXTREME VISUAL STIMULATION.
And one more thing ..... when I get an erection with a woman and penetrated her ..... after a few seconds to a minute it starts to soften ..... I take it out, it fills up again, I penetrate .... and it softens again ...... if I take it out again it immediately fills up .......
This is a nightmare ..... a nightmare

For me the for sure sign of venous leak was position. Meaning, after an injection of trimix I would get a 75% hardon but if I got in bed and got horizontal I went limp. If I then stood up I would boner up again. Lay down - limp again. Then I tried a standing position to bone the wife. Went limp.
You didn't mention your age but I suspect you're younger than me. Doctors seem to err on the side of caution and suspect psychological anomalies before suggesting implants. You say he saw good inflow but venous leakage is outflow. From what I've read outflow is verified by a doppler test. Because of my age, symptoms and the various treatments I tried the doctor skipped the doppler and set me up with an implant.
If you are considering an implant you'd be wise to err on caution also. Try a penis ring, and don't be afraid of a bit of counseling.
There is no going back after an implant.

I.m 40 . I tried Cialis, Viagra .... without much result. Is it possible that the pills do not work due to low libido and low testosterone?
In general, I do not have much desire for sex and watching porn. I do it to trust my erection and sometimes just for fun. With hyper-visual stimulation, I get a 90% erection. The strange thing is that a few days ago I got a strong 100% erection only when talking to a girl on the social network. I got a strong erection with a blue head on my penis from blood. Just like before. But I lost it quickly, perhaps because I was checking it out afterwards. I have no idea if this is my head or physical. Or due to lack of arousal I can not get and keep a strong erection. I do not know ....

When my libido wanes I find taking a small dose (25 - 50mg) of a zinc supplement makes me a horn dog. ;) Too much gives me a headache.

Thanks for the reply. And does the lack of libido affect your erection?
Is there anyone who can tell me more about testosterone deficiency and what are the symptoms? Do they look like mine?

I forgot to say that I often have burning and slight pain after ejaculation. Sometimes after urination, but less often.

Before my implant yes, after implant nope

testosterone deficiency and what are the symptoms

Lack of energy, depression, low libido, ED. This is probably the 2nd thing a GP will suspect the 1st being emotional distress

[quote] burning and slight pain after ejaculation. Sometimes after urination[/quote.
Pain is a red flag. Time to see a urologist.

If libido is an issue, check out my thread on apomorphine. Your doctor said there is no leakage, maybe you should get a second opinion.
Age 40. Psychogenic ED for over 20 years. Current regimen: Udenafil 200 mg, oral phentolamine mesylate 40 mg, Seredyn.
