I've read on one of peyronie forum that supplements Acetyl-L-Carnitine and L-Arginine along with Ubiquinol can make a big difference with the nocturnal erections. Those are used by weight-lifters and along with the muscular effect it acts somewhat similar to Viagra.
I guess this is relatively safe thing to try since those are sold over the counter, but my uro as usually just ignores my questions...

Anybody tried those?

I take daily Cialis (10 mg) and on non Trimix days, I take 5 - 6 mg of l-Argenine ethyl ester (a powdered form which is significantly easier to absorb) and an OTC supplement, Maxidus, which includes tong kat ali as its primary ingredient, about three hours in advance. The combination generates a decent semi which I can build into a full erection with a tight constriction band. The addition of the AEE and Maxidus improves the effect of the Cialis alone, but not enough to generate a full erection.

I have not encountered any negative side effects from this "cocktail"; however, I have read several accounts of severe head aches when more than 3mgs of l-Argenine are consumed.

I have mentioned the above to my endocrinologist and his response was that there were no courses taught in his med school covering herbal supplements and that he is not aware of any negative information on the supplements mentioned above. Accordingly, he did not caution me to not take them, but to just keep an eye on any unusual side effects.

Thank you dtwarren1942

I think I will try those. Though my plan is going to be adding one at a time since I have quite a list already - fish oil, vitamins, Iron, lecithin.
